We understand the significance of timely and safe delivery. To achieve this, we collaborate with renowned courier partners, both domestic and international, including Shadofax, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, and Aramex.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across India on all prepaid orders And  Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge applies as per our shipping partners. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on weight at checkout.
  • Taxes and Duties: Import duties, customs charges, and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s tax policies prior to ordering, as we do not accept returns or cancellations on international orders once placed. If customs charges are not paid by the customer, we will not be liable for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
  • Delivery Timelines: As our products are handcrafted, please allow 3-5 working days for order processing. Delivery typically takes an additional 10-12 working days.
  • Receiving Your Order: To ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition, please inspect the package upon receipt. If you notice any damage, we request that you record a video and take photographs before refusing the delivery. Send these materials, along with your order number, to our customer service team for prompt resolution and to initiate claims with the courier.
  • Order Processing: After placing an order, it undergoes a multi-step processing system. Once your item has passed quality checks, it is securely packaged and handed over to our delivery partners. You will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your order’s progress on the courier’s official website.

Payment Policy

  • Global Shipping: We proudly ship to over 220 destinations worldwide. You can verify shipping eligibility for your location at checkout.
  • Order Cancellation: Both prepaid and COD orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To initiate a cancellation, please email us at strainafashion2024@gmail.com or contact our customer support at +91-9352845246 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Payment Options: We offer a variety of payment methods, including major debit and credit cards, net banking, recognized eWallets, and UPI. For domestic orders, COD is available for a maximum order value of ₹5,000. International orders must be prepaid, and we accept all major credit cards along with payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.
  • Credit Notes: If you receive a credit note, it will be sent to your registered email. Please note that it can be redeemed only once on our official website within three months from the date of issue.
